About Chief

Why won't anyone adopt Chief? He is AWESOME once he gets to know you. Give him a chance and you will be so happy! Trial period to let him adjust! Chief has been at the rescue since he was a young puppy. He is shy at first but warms up to be your best friend once he gets to know you. He is ok with other dogs once a proper introduction is done and so so with cats. He needs a home that understands how to allow a dog to Decompress and get adjusted to his new home. If you have no other dogs that's fine too. He likes to bark at the cats at his foster home. He doesn't chase them he just is unsure about them. He is great about using a doggy door. He is 20lbs. He would make a great family dog, or a hiking partner once given the opportunity to let his true personality come out. He will need time to adjust to a new home.He is very well behaved, smart, and a fast learner.
