About Graham

This cute little fellow is Graham; a male Chihuahua mix estimated to be around seven years old. He was found as stray and brought to our shelter when no owner could be found. A bit shy, Graham is a tenderhearted soul that needs a quiet home. This sweet boy prefers soft voices, a gentle touch, and a simple lifestyle. Graham is a calm, quiet, easy-going dog and only weighs fourteen pounds. He's looking for a family with older children or a single adult. His perfect match would be a retiree or someone that worked from home. A mature dog, he isn't really into toys but does enjoy spending time exploring out in our play yard. Early morning walks or late night strolls are all the exercise he requires. Because he was a stray we do not know if he has been housebroken. He does prefer going on grass and should learn quickly if kept on a regular schedule. A fenced in yard will be needed to keep him safe when outside. Graham does well with other mature small dogs but would be perfectly content as the only dog in the home. Puppies have too much energy for him. We have not had him around cats but can test that for you. If you are looking for a sweet calm companion, Graham is the perfect dog for you.
