About Sheba

She weighs 62 pounds. Sheba has had a lot of transition lately in her family which ultimately is the reason for the need for a rehome. One of her owners passed away and a new move across town was very hard on her. If that wasn't bad enough for her, she also recently lost her bff canine brother unexpectedly last month. Her owner is planning a move across the country and expects busy, long days and much less yard since she is moving to a big city. She feels a more laid back life for Sheba would be more ideal with an owner who is home more often. Sheba loves to lounge around. She is used to being left gated in a room and does not get on the furniture, although she would probably love it if she could. Sheba is very friendly with people. She has lived with another dog her entire life but has little experience meeting new dogs. If there are canine friends in her new potential home, we would encourage a meet and greet. Sheba has not had experience with cats, but we expect she may adjust ok. We would also recommend older children simply due to her age. Sheba is house trained and is fairly quiet in home. Sheba recently went to the vet and has a clean bill of health. Sheba is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $100.
