The dog appears to have some ability to see something...he holds his head a certain way as if he can see a little bit. No HW test done. According to his owner. 'The vet indicated that his eyes are healthy but that the part of his brain that converts stimulus to sight is impaired.' Owner report: Buddy was born blind. It is believed that his blindness was caused by his mother licking frontline topical flea medicine during pregnancy. The dog appears to have some ability to see something...he holds his head a certain way as if he can see a little bit. Buddy is an outdoor dog with a fenced yard. He is not housebroken but he is leash trained. According to his owner: 'Buddy is still learning commands. He does well with 'sit' and is learning to walk on a leash.' Buddy is described as outgoing and nervous. 'The puppy is mouthy and grabs hold of people so that they will stay with him��%BD'��%BD|The puppy is anxious in new situations. Once he becomes familiar with new things he does fine.' Buddy is said to be good with adults, teenagers, young children, female dogs and cats.
