About Sierra

Sierra is a 5-year old female Dane living with my foster mom in Western NC! I live with my foster brother and two cat siblings, and we all get along great! I'm looking for my furever home, and I'm hoping you're it! I LOVE to nap...a lot. When I'm not napping I love being outside. Rolling in the grass is probably my favorite thing to do, it just feels so good!! I'm definitely most comfortable and playful when I'm outside with you. My foster mom has a fenced in yard and I've never tried to get out, but I stay inside during the day. If you like adventures, I'd love to tag along! I like going into stores that allow me to be there, and soaking up all the attention from people. I don't really pay attention to the other dogs around and stay by your side. I went on a hike with my foster mom, and she actually let me off leash for a little bit! I showed her she could trust me though and stayed right beside her. Because I love you so much, I'll miss you a lot and whine a whole lot when you leave (even in another room if I didn't watch you leave)! I've been known to counter surf a little, so maybe keep stuff outta reach. My foster mom hasn't crated me since she has had me, and hasn't had any concerns with that (because I'm a grown dog)! If I get stressed or bored, I lick... a lot. I have a place on my foot that's finally getting better from that, so you might have to help me with that!
