About Velvet Elvis

Meet Velvet Elvis! Elvis is a 1.5 year old Shepherd Mix who weighs approximately 60 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted. Elvis is house trained, knows 'sit' and is learning 'stay' 'down' and 'come'. Elvis is a wonderful, sweet and super responsive dog who is eager to please. He's a higher energy boy who LOVES to go for walks (even more than eating breakfast) but he's not hyper. Elvis would love to find a home that matches his energy level where he could go on multiple walks a day and would love to try running, hiking and really anything else outdoors. He LOVES to chase balls and is a bit of a big goofus! Elvis is a well mannered boy who does not bark, rides well in the car, walks well on a leash with minor corrections, and is very respectful with food and toys. Elvis would do best in a home with no young children due to his energy level and herding tendencies. He is big dog and people friendly, but needs a home with no cats.
