About Rocky

Rocky (Please read my description) DOB: February 1, 2019 Adoption fee: $125.00 Rocky is a male Rottweiler mix. I have made great improvements since my first month or so at the shelter. I am doing much better on leash, and I am going for walks regularly with volunteers and staff. I am enjoying attention, even from those I am unfamiliar with. I am not for a busy household, or young children, or first-time pet owner. I need someone experienced with rescue dogs to understand I have a lot of layers. I may be okay with some dogs preferably female but there are no guarantees. I should not go to a home with cats or other small animals which are not kept in secure cages. (Not recommended with small breed dogs) I will require a physically fenced in yard. I may need time to adjust to my new home but should recover from the environment change within two or three weeks. I will be a joy to have as a companion and I am looking forward to starting my new life with someone soon!
