About Oreo

Oreo is three years old. Since the age of two, he has become more and more protective of our kids. He barks at most people who come into our yard. He has snapped at several small children visiting in our home. He has growled at many. We have tried and tried to retrain him, but he recently bit a man who stopped in our driveway. Because we live on a farm with extended family and our children have many visitors, we no longer feel safe keeping him. When we have no visitors, he is incredibly sweet and playful. He has a very strong bond with our youngest children. We are looking for an appropriate home for Oreo; I would prefer to place him in a home with no children.
