Urgent - all expenses paid by rescue.. Hi! I'm Eliza! I am RESCUE ONLY and in desperate need of a foster home. I arrived at the shelter with a bad leg injury and they think I tore my CCL. Even though it is painful, it doesn't keep my spirit (or energy) down! I would do best in a foster home that will give me lots of decompression time. The shelter is a stressful place and I'm not myself there. I get so excited once it's my turn to go out, and there's so much to smell and do outside that I forget to stop and smell the roses. I do like to check in with my volunteer friends from time to time, sit nicely for treats and show off my toys- big balls are my favorite! Although I've had two pretty good leash tests, I need either a dog free home or a home with a more laid back dog that will give me plenty of space so I can recover after possible CCL surgery. I will need lots of R&R as my leg heals. I cannot wait for my leg to be all better, I'm super playful and a self- entertainer! I'm a teeny tiny petite, no nonsense gal and really deserving of a better life. I know once I'm in a quiet home, with fewer distractions and my leg no longer bothers me, I'll really be my best self. I'm ready for the next chapter of my life and excited to meet my new foster! Will it be you? Eliza needs a foster home to leave the shelter. All expenses are paid by the rescue when fostering.
