When days are tough I go visit and take my boy Dwight out and all my worries disappear. His run, his smile, his hugs, his kisses melt my heart. I want the best for him and he deserves the best. My name is Dwight....no not an uber famous Dwight like Eisenhower, Yoakam, or Howard.....but I am really popular with my rescue peeps! I know you hear often about how loving a dog is....but this is truly the case with me....but I keep getting overlooked...not sure why? I am a 7yr old blue and white American Pit Bull Terrier. I was rescued form the e-list at Maricopa County last year by Alone No More Dog Rescue. I have been in boarding, a foster home, I was adopted....and was so happy I thought I had my forever family....but sadly they gave up on me too easily and ANM rescue took me back. I need time to adjust to a new place...but I am so ready...are you? I have all my shots, have been neutered, microchipped and know basic training skills. I am good with new people and have medium energy. I do not like cats or other animals smaller than me. I am afraid of the car....probably because car rides take me to sad places. I want more than anything to be loved...I am 7.....I deserve a safe, secure, loving comfortable home where i can be loved on....and love you right back. Please give me a chance and come visit me.
