About Fluff

This handsome three year old gentleman is Fluff. He was named Fluff by his feeder who raised him from kitten hood until just recently. As his feeder will be retiring at the end of March of this year and no one else at his workplace is willing to take over feeding Fluff and his rag tag crew of five, I offered him assistance On February 22, 2021, carrier and traps in hand I headed out to the woods behind the auto body shop that Fluff formerly called home. Fluff came running from the woods at the sound of his feeder's voice, tail straight up and fluff out, hence his name. While he approached somewhat warily as I was a newbie to him, he ultimately allowed my brother to pick him up and place him in a carrier. His sister, who I have named Flannery, was also trapped on that date. She is a short haired orange and still very shy and apprehensive and bonded to Fluff. Fluff is an absolute gem. When I enter his new indoor residence, my hallway bathroom, he raises his left front paw and beckons me forth in search of attention and pets. He coat, a deep reddish orange in color with lighter orange highlights, is filling out since being an indoor kitty man receiving a higher quality of food and safe from the marauding dogs that frequent the woods and killed a number of the members of his clowder. As one can see from his photo Fluff enjoys lounging and spends most of his day stretched out on my bathroom countertop or on the miniature condo. He immediately mastered cat boxing, is a chow hound at feeding time in regard to his canned Fancy Feast and his Royal Canin Indoor Adult dry food, and is proficient at playing with his jingle bell balls. Fluff is neutered, has tested negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, has been dewormed and treated for fleas and has received his rabies and distemper vaccinations. All this striking guy needs now is a human or humans to call his own. If you are interested in becoming that human, please feel free to contact me.
