About Ophelia

Ophelia is a very sweet, active girl. She would love to be your running buddy or hiking partner. Ophelia is potty-trained and sleeps quietly in a crate at night. As much as she loves walks and runs, she will happily settle down after and take a nap. She has done well hanging out in the house while her foster mom works from home. Ophelia is a little nervous/excited about seeing other people and dogs outside, but her attention is easily captured with treats. Her leash manners are a work in-progress and her adopter should continue her obedience training. She is very food motivated and learns quickly. Frozen stuffed Kongs are her favorite treat! Ophelia loves people and is known to jump, playfully nibble sleeves, and paw faces to show her love. She is learning that staying on the ground is the way to get affection. Ophelia has gotten along with several like-sized dogs and likes to play with her furry foster sister.
