About Kenya

Kenya is a very sweet girl.. she LOVES hiking, playing fetch, I have some games for her that I got online to keep her sharp.. she has been thru 2-6 week training courses.. I feel her new family would really benefit from taking a few training courses to sharpen up on what she knows.. I originally was her second mom. I got her from a breeder.. I wanted to let her have ONE litter of pups due to situations in the passed that I've had a few females throughout my life and the females seemed like better dogs if they had one litter of pups.. I only let my male breed her ONE time because i only had homes for 4 pups and she ended up having 8 pups.. During the time where she was about to go into labor.., I ended up with some serious health issues and i NEEDED to find her a better home with kids and a family that would make her a part of their family..,I just wanted her to be happy.. and she was so used to getting out running at least every other day.. and I could no longer provide that.. she used to sleep with me.. not In a crate.. the family that ended up taking her was definitely NOT a good place.. to make a long story short.. they ended up calling me.. they were TOO BUSY for her.. she ended up locked inside of a crate most of the day (she refuses to go EVEN NEAR a crate now.. she came back from the family Malnourished.. she weighed about 50 lbs .. her teeth are broken off I think maybe trying to chew her way out of her crate.. i have a bunch of photos of her.. I just can't seem to get them uploaded on here.. Kenya has a HUGE story and a HUGE heart.. I want to find a LOVING, caring home for her.. that's ALL she needs.. she is current on her rabies .. but didn't get the rest of the shots...
