Luna may be disabled, but nobody told her that! This girl has been shuffled around between two other shelters before finding herself at VCAS, and we are glad she found us because we think she's pretty great! This girl lights up a room when she walks in and doesn't let anything stand in her way. Luna hasn't told us what happened to her back, but she has told us that she LOVES to play with toys, hang out with volunteers and go for walks.
