The situation is very sad, Brad is only one of several cats living caged for most of their lives, some all their life. Brad is sweet, playful and a bit shy, but enjoys petting Altered Feral State is posting All these old cats in hope there are people out there willing to love these kids and help them integrate into living a normal life with people who love them and want to help them. They are all sweet cats but very scared and do not understand the concept of being free to roam a house.
