Buster is a wonderful older dog who can only live with adults. He bit our daughter after she surprised him and drew blood. She is all right, but I don't recommend a home with children. Buster is house trained, food trained, and all around good dog excepting the bite. I have a few items I can give along with him - food, flea prevention, toothpaste, etc. I believe Buster has a few good years left and with the right person/couple, he would be a joy. He likes to walk during daylight and is a wonderful companion. He also takes protecting his family seriously and would make a good guard dog. His right front leg grew splayed and has been that way since puppyhood. He did not injure it to our knowledge. He's been with us since May 2012 and is believed to have been born in late 2011. I've taken good care of him, ensuring his shots are maintained, his teeth are brushed fairly regularly, he's bathed every few months, and I've taken him to some training. I can connect you with his vet for records. He sits, waits for meals until told to 'Take it!,' etc. He basically is just aging and does not want to be around an impulsive/unpredictable child. Is there someone in the Cincinnati area who is interested in adopting him who can provide a good home?
