About Woozle

'Hiya! My name is Woozle, but I'm no spooky, honey-stealing monster; I'm just a cute 7 month old kitten that is looking for a fresh start. I came to SVASC as a stray and was never reclaimed, so now I have my paws crossed that I'll be able to find a loving furver home. When I first came to SVASC, the folks that brought me in said that I was feral. Gosh! Can you believe it? Well, I sure proved them wrong! I am a bit shy and more on the nervous side, but I'm certainly not one of those wild cats. Pshh. Anyways, because I am a bit shy, I would really thrive in a home that can take things slowly with me and let me adjust to my new home at my own pace. Change is difficult and so I may hide for the first few days; SVASC would be happy to give you pointers on how to help make my acclimation as smooth as possible. Once I'm adjusted, I'll be your classic young kitty and will be all about hunting down those pesky fuzzy mice that you have in your hallway or racing up and down the cat tree at midnight. I do get along swell with other kitties; since I am quite young, it would be a great idea for me to go to a home with another kitty or to go home with another cat from the shelter. Kittens do best in pairs! Since I would like a calmer home, at least at first, I may not be the best fit for a home with very young kiddos, but older children and teenagers should be just fine by me. Dogs... a big no from me on that one, though. My adoption fee is $35 to an approved adopter.
