About Precious

Precious is a sweet, older girl that's come from a bad situation. Precious was surrendered by her family to a high intake shelter in Texas after she bit someone who startled her while she was sleeping. Due to her age, she's a bit set in her ways and prefers to be left alone when she's resting. She loves walks, is house trained, non-destructive, and is playful with some dogs. However, Precious does have some resource guarding tendencies with other dogs so is best suited in a home able to manage feeding time and toys. Precious seems to have come from a home that was physically abusive so she's sensitive to people waiving their hands or objects around. Precious is located in Mead and her adoption fee is $250.
