*ADOPTION PENDING* Dashing Scamp Tux! Tux is a black and white approximately 4 year old, Pittie-pie mix with a grin to light up your life and make every dream you had for 2021 come true! Tux has been beloved and well cared for in a home that has fallen on some rough days. Now he's looking for a Forever Buddy. So, you are looking for a perfect canine companion? Activity partner? This sporty little fella LOVES going on hikes with his Favorite people. There's nothing he enjoys more than diving after rocks his Person tosses into the lake for him, unless it's wading in for a quick swim! Tux will dash after a thrown ball too- and keep it safe for you to retrieve. Adventure mate? Spirited Tux is ready to hop aboard and join you on excursions near and far- be they trips into the great wild or a jaunt into town. Downtime buddy? This sweet swain enjoys doting on his people and cozying up on the couch after a long day. Clever gentleman? When visitors come to call the amiable Tux will sit patiently and wait to be greeted. He is well-mannered on leash. On jaunts Tux sticks by his Person when meeting other pups, and responds quickly when called, even if the other pooch still wants to play. And, get this, his affection for his feline friend would never allow him to indulge in a treat before kitty has his-'You first, I'll choose one after you have had your fill'. See? Tux is searching for a Forever home where he will get all the affection and playtime he craves. He's an ideal companion to hike with, tell secrets to (he never blabs), or take work breaks with. An adult only abode or one with dog savvy kiddos and cats will suit Tux well. He'd love a Tux-only doggie home, but may enjoy a laidback, calm canine companion. Tux likes the idea of a fenced in yard but it isn't necessary for an active home. He isn't big on crates but has great house manners. Tux is used to a doggie door.
