He is top dog in the home, very loving and hangs out with the family at every opportunity. Likes to assert himself as the 'man of the house' with other dogs. Typical Velcro Dane Miss Ruby A bit more reserved and is content to hang out on her own. Gives you big whiffs of her puppy breath to let you know it's time to give her lovin'. When she's excited, she lifts her paw to kind of pat you to get your attention to say, hey Mom! Look at me! Loves belly rubs and scratches and sunbathing. Quite the content, relaxed girl. They need leash work, have amazing recall, and are smart quick learners. They are fearful of storms due to their past abuse. They are great with cats and good with other dogs (recommend neutered males around Rocky). Great with children.
