About Nala

Our resident super hero is up for adoption!! Mama Nala came to us in December after being dumped, pregnant and starving. She has since given birth to 7 fat and happy babies, also taken on mothering and nursing 6 other pups from 3 other litters! She's amazing. She is very low maintenance, loves people, a good back scratch, yummy bone and she's a happy girl. She is a good walking buddy, she loves dancing by her leash to go outside, and enjoys some sunbathing. Potty trained and likes to woo for snacks. Doesn't hog the bed, but enjoys just sleeping at your feet to know she's safe and loved. She isn't one for crowding your space, but loves her human and likes to know you're near. She is a small lab pit mix at 53lbs, guessed to be around 2 yrs old. Nala does well with children and other dogs, but needs a home with submissive dogs only. No cats. Nala's adoption fee has been sponsored by the good Samaritan who saved her from starvation and turned her into rescue. She is just waiting for her perfect home!
