He was an owner surrender and has been at the shelter since 4/14/20. Previous notes still apply on being a good boy. Attentive to handler, sweet and affectionate with staff. Loves to keep staff company and likes to lean on you for pets and cuddles. 'Very social and outgoing. Loves to do 'zoomies' in the yard and seeks your attention. Loves being petted and will sit for treats.' Per medical notes: 'Motley has a heart murmur grade 4/6 ausculated on the left side of the chest'. Thus will need to be checked by private vet and monitored. Per the Shelter: 'Good afternoon everyone, WLA wants to highlight Motley (A1673257). He's steadily approaching a year with LAAS (original intake was 4/14/2020). Unfortunately, he got in a situation with a little dog (he did live with another dog his size) and ultimately had his license privileges in LA City revoked. Therefore he would need to be pulled by a rescue and reside out of LA City's jurisdiction. Staff and volunteers have got to know him and have seen his potential. We're hoping a group is able to take him in and help him relocate. He loves good music (see video) and is just a happy guy to be around.'
