About Socks

Do you need a pest control crew for your barn? This beautiful family of three is highly qualified in mousing and all they need now is a barn to practice their trade. Socks is the mom to Finn and Marcie. She was a stray and had her babies on someone's property. A kind woman took them into her home. However, they were so scared that they never came out from under her bed. She gave them to us when the kittens were about a year old hoping that we would be able to socialize them. We have worked with them for over a year now and they are sadly still scared. They are very curious and playful, just not so much with humans yet. We are able to pet them, but not handle them. They have gotten along great with all of the other WAAAG cats that have come and gone to their new homes. All three are healthy, spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their vaccines. They ALWAYS use their litter box and and they are excellent mousers. We think a barn environment would be good for them. Their home base could be a tack room with heat in the winter.
