Foster or adopt! A gorgeous, lively two-year-old, healthy and happy pup Rebel lost his home because he was too much for the young children or the young children were too much for him, we do not know. We do know that he is a beautiful, 45 pound collie mix, smart, energetic,fine with other dogs. Rebel is heartworm negative and just needs neutering which we will do.
