About Ruby

Yes Ruby is a 5 year old Rottweiler weighing about 80 lbs. Ruby loves to play, wrestle, and run in the yard with her foster siblings. She loves being around her foster Mom, listens really well and has been making great strides in potty training (only the occasional accident). Ruby is a big clumsy love that believes she is an 80 pound lap dog. She is excited to do just about anything as long as she gets to be with you. She loves getting squishy head rubs, eating, and giving slobbery kisses. Ruby's favorite podcast is 'My Dogs Favorite Podcast' on Spotify which she listens to daily while in her crate when her foster Mom is not at home. She also enjoys sleeping and napping in her crate. Ruby is timid around new people but not children. Interested in adopting? Here's what to do: 1. Whether you have found a dog you wish to adopt from us, or you are still looking, the first step is to go to our website (fortheloveofdogsrescuepa.org) and fill out an application. You can fill the application out online, then simply save it to your computer and e-mail it to the address listed on the application. Appointments to meet the dogs may not be set until after you have been approved! 2. Once you application has been approved an Adoption Coordinator will contact you and let you know what the next step will be.
