About Orion

Meet Orion! Orion is a sweet dog that always wants to be part of all his family's activities. In this regard, he can get very protective of his family. Orion is a dog that loves to play with his toys and chasing balls. He loooooves to eat. You can say he is very food-driven. He knows some basic commands like sit, lay, and wait but being so much in love with food, you can be sure with some consistent training he will learn more commands very quickly. On any given day Orion can just hang out with his peeps whether they are reading, exercising, or just vegging out on the couch. At his foster's house, he lives with older kids and goes on a lot of adventures with them. Once introduced, he would be good with other dogs as long as the other dogs are not aggressive. He used to live with an indoor cat, so he should be ok living with one, but not an outdoor one. Orion is not an athletic dog, which means he can't go jogging with you, but he can go on longer walks, like 3-4 miles, which he has done with the family. One thing to note is that he has sensitive paws and does not like anyone touching them. He makes that up by giving lots of kisses and licks. He would lick your face all day long if he could. All in and, Orion is just a cuddle bug that loves to get his butt scratched (that's his weak spot).
