About ECHO

Meet Echo! He's an energetic mostly border collie and german sheppard 3 year old dog. He loves to go on hikes, walks, play fetch, and run. Echo needs a house with lots of space indoors and room to run outside. He has experience with cats and other dogs. He is very curious with cats so, he may not do well with older cats who aren't in the mood to play. Echo loves children especially our energetic 5 year old boy. He prefers to sleep next to the side of the bed on the floor and usually doesn't roam the house unless he has a person to follow. Echo needs to be in an active household with people who will be able to devote time outdoors with him. He is trained to sit, fetch, come, laydown, ignore, kennel (our laundry room, we don't kennel him) and go eat on command. We original adopted echo for the purpose of service dog but, he failed the program because he was too distracted by other dogs and people. Interested adopters must be willing to participate in a home visit and within a reasonable driving distance from Wichita Falls, Texas.
