About Slade

Urgent. Slade is a smart happy fun-loving boy with great eye contact who wants to please. He finds living in the shelter stressful. He loves to play with toys and to play fetch as long as his handler wants to throw, which is usually a long time. He then will push his toy towards his handler hoping the game will continue. After exercising, he likes to get scratches. He takes treats gently. He knows the sit command and would love to learn more. His owners surrendered him because they didn't have time for him He lived with children. Slade needs an adopter or foster to leave the shelter. If fostering, the rescue pays all expenses.
