Turner is a delightful, happy guy which is why it is so hard to understand how he ended up at the shelter....a truck pulled into the parking lot of a local motel and the driver threw Turner out of the cab and sped off. Arrrggg. Pupdate: Turner is amazing. He is calm, affectionate, quiet, house broken, and easy to walk. Such a perfect dog, it is definitely a human issue that caused him to be dumped.
