About Zero

[Read About Natural Cancer Care] Zero is a special dog who is looking for a special adopter. He is a senior boxer who has cancer. He came in with a very large, ruptured mass on his chest. We are going to have it removed today and he will be looking for a hospice adopter. We will have it sent out for biopsy to determine what kind of cancer. He has been xrayed and they did not see any other spots of concern but it is likely that his life span is going to be limited. We know that there aren't many people who are looking for a senior dog let alone one with health issues but Zero still is a happy, active dog and we want him to live out whatever life he has left in a home. He is 11 years old and is close to 90lbs so he is a very large boy. Zero is housebroken, crate trained, he knows commands and is good with other dogs. He does need a cat free home as he thinks they are things to chase and he still plays very rough with other dogs despite his age. If there was a fountain of youth this dog has surely found it and isn't telling us the secrets. He is VERY exuberant for a dog his age so if you are looking for a mellow senior this is not your dog. We will have spent upwards of $500 in care for Zero so that we can provide him with a comfortable remainder of life instead of choosing to euthanize him for his medical concerns.
