About Bongo

Hi I'm Bongo!! I'm thankful Alljoy4paws saw how scared and defensive I was at the shelter and knew I was really a good boy and wanted to save me from being killed off the euthanasia list. I proved them right although I needed some decompressing time with my foster who showed me how to trust again. She says I'm very sweet but very stubborn so I'll need a husky savvy leader to show me the way cuz I love doing things my way but hey, what husky doesn't, am I right? Haha! I'm a smart boy so it'll be fun to train each other and I really love my freedom so if you've got a big backyard, I'll be in Heaven running all around but I definitely need a secure yard cuz even though I'll love you like crazy , we are escape artists. I've got a vibrant personality to go with my good looks but even though I'm thinking about lots of stuff, I'm not very vocal. I do know the sit command and hand/paw command so we've got a little start in training. My foster thinks I'm best with older kids in the house. I have met other dogs and even a horse at the ranch, and I did very well, very friendly non-reactive to any of them. I will bond quickly and feel comfortable around you, I just want what every dog wants, a safe home with lots of love and fun adventures with my family! My foster mom says I'm such a love bug, who loves to snuggle! Are you ready to bring me home? I'm neutered, vaccinated and chipped and ready for you to love!
