About Teacup Miss Coco

Miss Coco is a tiny demitasse of deliciousness. Her previous owner says she has some Shih Tzu in her so we put in in there, though we for sure see the teacup Chihuahua. Nevertheless, it doesn't matter her mix - she is perfection. This tiny thing hovers at 5 pounds, maybe less, and will fit perfectly in the crook of an arm, a stylish handbag, or under the covers wherever she can snuggle in. Coco gets along great with the other small dogs in her foster home, and cats would put her in her place so are not an issue. Kids, though, must be older and understand respect for dogs and how to handle something so tiny and delicate. Miss Coco is very playful and can actually jump to amazing heights simply to be with her person. She will entertain and love you to the end of time. All potential adopters are expected to complete an application and provide pictures of their yard, patio, and/or balcony making sure we can see the fence line and/or railing. Applications will be reviewed for approval before setting an appointment to come meet and possibly adopt the dog of interest. In addition, those who live in a rental property are expected to provide proof that they are allowed to have a dog where they live. Each of our rescued dogs has been de-wormed if necessary, de-flea'd (with topical treatment if old enough, and by medicated bath if too young), spayed/neutered, microchipped, is up to date on shots, and has been fully examined by a veterinarian. In addition, each adopted dog comes with a starter baggie of the food it has been eating, a few treats for training purposes, a rawhide chew, a lead and collar, and a folder containing pertinent records.
