About Sophie

IN PERSON Meet and Greets will be held in RIVERSIDE, CA Please fill out an application to start the process to meet SOPHIE https://pawsitivetailstoremember.forms-db.com/view.php?id=17980 SOPHIE is 8 yrs old, she weighs approx. 13 lbs and we believe that she is a Schnauzer/Maltese/Yorkie Mix with a soft gray, black and tan wavy coat which will require regular grooming. Sophie is spayed, up to date on her vaccines and is microchipped! Sophie was rescued from the shelter and during her spay they discovered 5 mammary masses; 2 were benign, 1 was a lipoma and 2 were a very low grade cancer and the biopsies showed clean margins. We had Sophie examined by our own vet, she had x-rays done which were clear for cancer and she had a full senior blood panel done with no issues! We do believe that Sophie is healthy and should do well. From her foster mom: Sophie is easy going and is a total love! She will be shy the first few days after being adopted, but she will quickly warm up to you! Sophie loves to explore and she is house broken so a yard would be a plus in her forever home. Give her a snuggly bed and she will be happy. This little girl is all sugar and sweetness and she will make a wonderful addition to any home. Sophie would love nothing more than to find a loving family to call her own.
