About Lucas

Lucas is about 3 years old. He's a big boy! 83 lbs of heeler! From Sacramento. This beautiful boy was taken to the shelter by his owners after they had to move. Not that Luke got much in the way of a family life. He was rarely let inside, and it sounds like he was basically living his life in the back yard. That will change. Lucas is dog social, we determined this at the shelter, he's a good guy. A little wary of new people. He didn't meet a lot of new people in his life, but he tries to be brave and he's done better every day.
