Bolt is a 1 year-old german shepherd male pup who was hit by a car (not once but twice!) , but an angel was looking out for him. He escaped with a laceration down to the bone but no broken bones. He ws expected to make a full recovery! He needs a foster home while he recovers. There is a stipend for foster parents, and food and approved medical are covered. Thank you!
