About Malachi

Malachi was rescued from a kill shelter. He is a very affectionate boy and loves to cuddle. He is great with all age groups of people. Very gentle but clumsy. Not good around other dogs while eating. He was very skinny when rescued and may not have been fed properly before we got him. He has doubled his weight and I would guess he is around 150lbs. Not good around small dogs; he is too big, clumsy and likes to play rough. He loves tug-of-war and attention from people and other big dogs. He needs to be trained on a leash and would relish in the one-on-one time. Very protective of his yard, family and home. He loves to 'guard' the house by sitting in the window and letting us know someone is near. He is an inside dog and just a big lover. Will you be his forever home?
