About Bailey

Bailey is an almost one year old Whippet mix that is in desperate need of her forever home ASAP as we are moving to Tucson in 2 weeks and do not want to confuse her anymore than she already is from losing her previous owner and now it's trying to adjust to our household when we know ultimately we are not going to be able to keep her. Bailey was listed on Craigslist by her owner as needing someone to come get her that day otherwise the family was going to take her to the pound. We picked Bailey up and brought her home with us for the time being but have to find her forever home that can offer her a lot more love, patience and attention than my family is able to give her. Bailey is potty trained,loves food and is so eager to please her human! So far she gets along well with other dogs and cats and is also good with kids but does get nervous when approached to fast or yelled at. We would keep her but my home is very loud and chaotic and we are always on the go and it is just not fair to her as she seems a bit scared and confused and deserves a home that is able to offer her the love and attention she requires and needs. Bailey is a bit anxious and timid at first and needs a family that has patience and experience with neglected dogs and as it seems as though she may have been abused at some point but once she gets comfortable she is very well behaved, full of love and just wants to follows her human around trying to please them.
