About Angie

Angie's original owner died and the people who took her in did not care for her as they should. Angie came to rescue nearly bald from poor nutrition and stress. She also had contracted heartworms and has a heart murmur because of that. We have treated her heartworms and she is now on monthly prevention. We also treated her skin condition and she has a beautiful coat now. She is also on quality dog food to ensure she is healthy. She is about 7 to 8 years old now but has no conditions which require meds or any special care. She is active and very attention seeking from her person. She is also highly food motivated lol. She does well with other dogs as long as they are friendly to her. She also lives in a foster home with cats. This girl would be excellent for an older person or couple. She gets along well with everyone, but due to her age, she probably couldn't keep up with the play of small children. She is overall a true lovebug who loves people and attention.
