He's really comfortable with every person he meets and just wants to hang out with you and be a silly goober. Puppet is a medium energy dog who likes to play and has bursts of energy, but he's also comfortable just chilling with you. Puppet has lived with a young child before. His fosters say he is really tolerant of being touched/handled and has a really happy and friendly disposition, though when he gets really excited he can jump around a little (and is a big boy). Puppet needs to be the only animal in the house, and would prefer living in a neighborhood on the quieter side. Some awesome things about Puppet: - He's fully potty trained and is working on being crate trained. - A big cuddle bug (he's just a really fun dog to cuddle. He particularly likes napping with his people and butt scratches). - Knows several commands and is VERY food motivated during training. - Super comfortable being handled (having his feet/legs touched, getting bathed, etc.) He let his fosters give eye drops and clean his eyes following a surgery with no issues whatsoever, even on the first day he met them. - Likes napping with you and being close to you, but also will go off on his own for parts of the day. - Loves car rides and is generally pretty well behaved in the car. - Hasn't reacted to the door bell or the vacuum in his foster home. - Very nice and well-behaved with veterinary staff. - Polite at human meal times (doesn't beg excessively even though he really loves food). Puppet is just an all-around nice boy. He has a really fun and happy personality, is energetic, and has a lot of love to give to his future forever home.
