Nessa is a 4-yr old chihuahua mix that weighs 12 lbs. She is outgoing and very sweet, she loves to snuggle and loves being petted. She came from an owner in Tijuana that had too many dogs and could no longer care for them. Nessa gets along great with other dogs and has low to medium energy. We just got her recently so are still learning about her personality.
