About Hennessy

Hi there! Hennessy is a large brindle Rottweiler, Pit, and Dogue de Bordeaux (French mastiff) puppy with lots of energy! I adopted her on 9/29/2020 with the intention of keeping her. She has all her shots, has been pampered, is established at a day care and a vet (and is well-loved at both). She is HIGH ENERGY, super sweet to me, and loves her best dog friend. Hennessy is also super sensitive. If she gets overstimulated, she's prone to be standoffish and occasionally aggressive. She is not a dog for a novice. I will not adopt her out to a new dog owner. I am not posting her because I am eager for her to go. I love her to the end of the earth and back. Hennessy is up for adoption because she needs an environment I cannot provide. She needs a home where people are home consistently, where there will not be small children present on a regular basis, a large yard for activity, and lots of routine. Hennessy always wants to know what's happening next, learns tricks very quickly (she knows sit, wait, lay down, under the bridge, spin, touch, and release). She's learning mat training, which has been amazing with her. Hennessy has also shown a few concerning behaviors and I will be candid about those with any and all interested parties.
