About Milo

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] This beauty is Milo. He has a story to tell too. He is 8 years old, poodle & Shihtzu mix, about 20lbs. He is as sweet as can be, but he is quirky in the most adorable ways. If you giving him a treat he opens his mouth but he don't move, he waits for you to put the treat in his mouth. He really is a funny guy, sweet as can be and loving. When he came to us, we were told he could not be groomed. He hates groomers and would show out to the point no one would want to groom him and he would have to be sedated to be groomed. That was a bit concerning but what else can you do, you call your personal groomer, that you also think is the best ever, and ask her for HUGE favor. She grooms the stinkers for us but we had to warn her that this was going to be a challenge. She accepted that challenge. SUCCESS!! She knew just what to do to get them both through it. Not saying it was like Christmas too him but he did get a little buttery in her hands. He turned out beautiful!!! Thank you Tanya!! Next thing with Milo would be he also has epileptic seizures. These are well controlled with medication and he is given Keppra twice a day. Milo would do best in a quieter home with as little stress as possible. He is okay with other dogs but he really does like to have all the attention on him self. Milo deserves a chance to find his forever home and never have to make these changes and adjustments ever again. He really is a joy and will be your best pal.
