Luna is a very special, very resilient 5.5-year-old girl who deserves to find a home. She found herself in the shelter for the first time all the way back in 2017, and sadly became a frequent flyer. She's a sweet, chunky pibble who has not had much good luck in her life - will you be the one who changes all that for her? Despite being in and out of homes for the last several years, Luna has never let go of her optimistic outlook on life. This girl LOVES people and was a volunteer favorite during her stays at the shelter. She enjoys car rides, and was housebroken in her former homes. Luna sadly found herself at risk in August of 2020, to the absolute shock of all of her fans. P4P, realizing that Luna deserved a chance at life, pulled her from the shelter. The story sadly doesn't end there, as Luna is still searching for her forever family. She urgently needs to find a family to love her, and who she can give all of her love to in return. Luna is looking for a home with a secure yard, as she can be a bit adventurous. Most importantly though is that she have people to snuggle with and the stable environment that she hasn't had in her life so far. Luna has been professionally evaluated by a trainer who found her to be respectful of people, to have a moderate energy level, and to be a confident and social dog. Luna has been on a bit of a weight-loss journey this year, as she was very hefty during her last visit to the shelter. She's down 17 pounds! Please ask about Luna today and you can be each others' cheerleaders! **Once a dog comes to Passion 4 Paws, they will receive training support for life at no additional cost to their foster or adopter.
