Noel is just shy of a year old and believed to be a Plott Hound mix. Noel is shy and takes some time to warm up but when she does, she becomes a 'velcro dog' meaning she will follow her person every and any where. We do not have any background information on Noel so it is a mystery as to why she is so shy. Noel is spayed and current on vaccines. She does well with other dogs and cats! Noel is a super sweet girl that just needs someone willing to give her a chance. A fenced yard is a requirement for Noels furever home.
