About Charlie

**PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST** Charlie is an adorable 11 month old boy that weighs about 30 pounds that is looking for a new home to call his own. He's a little bit of shy guy when he meets new people, but he does warm up pretty quickly. He is crate trained, and potty trained as well. He loves to go on his walks everyday, so we are looking for a person/family that will love to walk as much as he does. And he loves to sunbathe in the backyard in the grass, so that would be a big plus for him. He gets along well with other dogs, so he can be a nice addition to a family already having a dog. We are looking for a family that has no small kids, probably 10 and up. As well as a home that doesn't have too many people coming and going, a quieter environment would be better suited for him. He is going to be a great dog for the right person/family, people who will understand that the world sometimes can be scary for him, and help him to overcome his fear and realize the world is a beautiful place! We are doing one on one meetings for serious adopters, with a $50 deposit. You will be required to do home video, and pay deposit before meeting him. You will be required to WEAR A MASK, and SOCIAL DISTANCE. You will be required to pay remainder of fee ($350) by cash or check at time of meeting when filling out adoption contract. We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. We are never sure about breed because we do not do DNA (we make our best guess), so if that is important to you, this dog may not be the right choice for you. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a dog. As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You may need to come back to us to complete shots, spay or neuter, hw test. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative.You will receive a free bag of premium food, as well as a gift card from Choice Pet Market if you live in one of the designated zip codes . Training is MANDATORY and will be scheduled at a later date.
