We rescued Leila Sophia just over a year ago when she was less than two months old. She has become aggressive with our other dogs, including injuring a small dog and going after a larger dog. She is both food aggressive and protective. She also refuses to house break, and will even go in her kennel (and then lay on it...). We are in contact with the rescue group she came from, and they said her mother and sister exhibit the same behaviors. They suspect there is some bad breeding at play here. It breaks our hearts, but we can't provide her the attention and dedication needed for her to be a 'good dog'. The saying 'When she is good, she is very, very good, but when she is bad she is horrid' fits her perfectly. She is a super sweetie when she is on her own with her humans. She loves to play, and she will lick your face off. We strongly believe she will thrive in the right home, but it must be one with no other animals or small children.
