TO BE KILLED 02/22/2021 Kitty pittie Liger is on the kill list. He showed good behavior at the ACC and did great with the cat at his foster's home. Liger was given too much freedom, without the proper getting to know you quiet time called decompression at his foster's home. We have seen how dogs are set up for failure if they are immediately let loose and humans spoil them at once. Dogs need to know who's in charge, that humans are the alpha. They need to know their humans and their humans need to know them before allowing them on the couch or on the bed. Please help this beautiful young boy make it out alive. Please advocate for Liger.
