From the shelter: 'What we know about Bruno: Bruno originally came in as a stray with no behavior history. In shelter he has been selective with staff and exhibits dominant behavior that has escalated to biting clothing and holding on. When out of the kennel he becomes aroused with people and his behavior escalates and is uninterruptable. His behavior is unpredictable with staff members, so he is not safe to keep in a shelter environment with continually changing staff and volunteers. He knows some basic commands and is responsive to food rewards. He is exhibiting kennel stress which has caused him to have diarrhea on multiple occasions. 'What we need for Bruno: Bruno is in need of a rescue organization that can further evaluate his behavior with people, provide him needed training and place him in a home that can manage his behavior. We have begun our euthanasia protocol, which may include calling all former owners and finders, alerting our staff and reaching out to the rescue community.
