Hi, I'm Ruger. I've had a rough life. I've been handed over to a number of people so I've never known stability. The last person who had me tried to make me a guard dog so he wasn't very nice to me. As a result, I'm special needs because I need to be adopted to someone who has experience handling a dog that wants to be the boss. I'm easily controlled but it does take someone who will be stern in their voice and I will obey, easy peasy.
