About Carol

We'd love for you to meet this sweet girl that's just arrived from Alabama - Carol. She's best described as a lover - she loves everyone she meets, loves to snuggle next to you on the sofa, LOVES to eat, and loves to collect (but not chew) our foster's pup's toys, our caps and sneakers, her jacket. Carol is a 50 lb, 1 - 3 year old Terrier/Lab mix, her markings are a beautiful soft grey. She's not a big fan of our cold weather yet, but still does well on a leash. She's crate trained and we are making good progress on housetraining. She's neutered, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccines, and is being fostered in Lancaster, PA. Carol is just the sweetest dog ever and will definitely steal your heart - she's the perfect Valentine! We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
